영화제모는 제작 가능 여부 확인과 회신을 위해 회신 이메일과 문의 내용을 필수로 처리합니다. 업체·브랜드명, 국가, 담당자명, 제품 종류, 예상 수량과 원단 준비 상태는 선택 항목입니다. Formspree는 스팸 차단과 서비스 운영을 위해 접속 IP, 브라우저, 접속시각, 유입 주소 등 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Cloudflare Turnstile은 로봇 판별을 위해 접속 IP, TLS 지문, 사용자 에이전트, 사이트 키와 접속 출처 등 브라우저·기기 신호를 처리합니다. 분석 허용을 선택한 경우에만 Microsoft Clarity가 가명 식별자, IP 기반 대략적 위치, 브라우저·운영체제·기기 정보, 선택 언어, 방문 URL·유입경로·화면·성능·오류 정보와 클릭·스크롤·포인터 이동 등의 이용행동을 처리해 히트맵과 세션 재생을 만들고 사이트 이용성을 개선합니다. 문의 폼 입력값은 전체 마스킹되어 Clarity로 전송되지 않지만 폼과 상호작용한 사실은 처리될 수 있습니다. 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 계좌정보, 건강정보 등 민감한 정보는 보내지 마세요.
2. 처리 방식과 법적 근거
방문자가 국외 이전·처리 동의란을 확인하면 Cloudflare Turnstile의 로봇 확인이 시작됩니다. 확인 후 전송하면 문의 내용이 암호화된 HTTPS 통신으로 Formspree에 전달되고, 영화제모의 Naver 메일함으로 알림이 발송됩니다. 홈페이지 자체 데이터베이스에는 문의 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 문의 처리는 개인정보 수집·이용 및 국외 이전·처리에 대한 동의와 계약 체결 전 문의자의 요청에 따른 검토·회신을 위해 이루어집니다. Clarity 분석은 문의 필수 동의와 분리된 선택 동의를 근거로 하며, 허용 전에는 Clarity를 불러오지 않습니다. 분석을 거부해도 홈페이지와 온라인 문의 기능을 모두 이용할 수 있습니다.
3. 보유기간과 파기
현재 Formspree 무료 계정의 제출 내역은 30일간 보관된 뒤 서비스 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다. 영화제모 Naver 메일함의 비거래 문의는 상담 종료 후 최대 1년 이내 삭제합니다. 거래가 성립한 경우에는 계약 관리와 관계 법령상 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 관련 기록을 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다. Microsoft Clarity의 일반 세션 재생은 30일, 클릭·히트맵과 표시·즐겨찾기·일부 표본 세션은 현재 서비스 정책상 최대 9개월 보관됩니다. 분석 동의 선택도 최대 9개월 후 다시 확인합니다.
4. Formspree·Cloudflare·Microsoft 국외 이전 및 처리
이전·처리받는 자는 미국 소재의 Formspree, Inc.(문의: team@formspree.io), Cloudflare, Inc.(개인정보 문의: dpo@cloudflare.com) 및 Microsoft Corporation(Microsoft 개인정보 보호 및 문의 안내)입니다. Formspree에는 문의 입력 내용, 동의 기록과 접속 관련 기술정보가 전송되며 현재 무료 계정 기준 제출 내역을 30일 보관합니다. Cloudflare Turnstile에는 로봇 판별 신호가 전송되며 Cloudflare의 Turnstile 개인정보 처리 안내에 따라 처리됩니다. 5. 외부 서비스 및 처리
Formspree는 문의 접수·이메일 알림·스팸 차단을 처리합니다. Cloudflare는 홈페이지 제공과 Turnstile 로봇 판별을 위해 접속 IP와 브라우저·기기·요청 관련 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Microsoft Clarity는 선택 동의한 방문의 이용행동 분석을 처리합니다. Google Fonts는 웹폰트 요청에 필요한 기술정보를 처리할 수 있으며, Naver는 수신된 문의 이메일을 처리합니다. 각 서비스는 해당 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
6. 기기 내 설정과 분석 쿠키
홈페이지는 선택한 언어와 분석 동의 여부를 기억하기 위해 브라우저 저장공간에 기능성 설정값을 저장합니다. 분석을 허용하면 Clarity가 _clck, _clsk 등 비필수 분석 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 저장 동의는 항상 거부 상태로 전달하며 문의 정보를 광고 명단으로 전환하지 않습니다. 홈페이지 하단의 ‘쿠키 설정’에서 언제든 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
7. 권리 행사와 문의
문의자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. Clarity 분석 동의는 홈페이지 하단의 ‘쿠키 설정’에서 철회할 수 있으며, 철회하면 Clarity 쿠키와 향후 쿠키 기반 분석이 중단됩니다. 이미 수집된 자료는 해당 보유기간 뒤 삭제됩니다. 개인정보 업무 담당은 영화제모이며, 요청은 wzruin@naver.com으로 보내주세요.

Privacy notice for manufacturing inquiries
1. Purpose and data
Email address and inquiry details are required to review manufacturing feasibility and respond. Company or brand, country, contact name, product, estimated quantity and material status are optional. Formspree may process access IP address, browser, access time and referring URL for spam prevention and service operation. Cloudflare Turnstile may process connection IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent, site key, referring origin and other browser or device signals to distinguish people from bots. Only if you choose Allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity processes a pseudonymous identifier, approximate IP-based location, browser, operating system and device data, selected language, visited and referring URLs, rendering, performance and error information, and interactions such as clicks, scrolling and pointer movement to create heatmaps and session replays and improve the site. Values entered in the inquiry form are fully masked and are not uploaded to Clarity, although interaction with the form may be processed. Do not submit passport, national ID, bank, health or other sensitive information.
2. How processing works
After the visitor accepts the cross-border transfer and processing notice, Cloudflare Turnstile begins bot verification. Once verified and submitted, the inquiry is transferred to Formspree over encrypted HTTPS and an email notification is sent to the Naver mailbox used by Yeonghwa Hat Works. The website does not keep the inquiry in its own database. Inquiry processing is based on consent and steps requested before entering into a manufacturing agreement. Clarity is governed by a separate optional choice: it is not loaded before permission, and declining analytics does not limit the site or online inquiry.
3. Retention
On the current free Formspree account, submissions are retained for 30 days. Non-transaction inquiries in the Yeonghwa Hat Works Naver mailbox are deleted within one year after consultation ends, while transaction records may be retained for contract administration and legally required periods. Microsoft Clarity retains standard session playback for 30 days and click or heatmap data, labeled or favorited sessions and selected sample sessions for up to nine months under its current service policy. The analytics choice is requested again after no more than nine months.
4. Cross-border transfer and processing by Formspree, Cloudflare and Microsoft
The recipients are US-based Formspree, Inc. (contact: team@formspree.io), Cloudflare, Inc. (privacy contact: dpo@cloudflare.com) and Microsoft Corporation (see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and contact options). Formspree receives submitted fields, consent records and technical access data and currently retains submissions for 30 days. Cloudflare Turnstile receives bot-detection signals under Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. After analytics permission, pseudonymous, approximate location, device, browser, selected language, URL, referral and interaction data are transferred periodically over encrypted connections to Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States for heatmaps, session replay and site improvement. See the Microsoft Clarity privacy notice. Refusing cross-border transfer and processing through Formspree or Turnstile prevents online form delivery, but direct email remains available. Refusing Clarity analytics does not limit any feature.
5. External services
Formspree handles form delivery, notification and spam prevention. Cloudflare serves the site and provides Turnstile bot detection. Microsoft Clarity processes optional visitor analytics. Google Fonts may process technical font-request data, and Naver processes the received inquiry email. Each service processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Device settings and analytics cookies
Functional values are stored in the browser to remember language and analytics choices. If analytics is allowed, Clarity may use non-essential analytics cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Advertising storage is always sent as denied, and inquiry data is not turned into an advertising list. You can change the choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
7. Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent, email Yeonghwa Hat Works at wzruin@naver.com. Clarity consent can also be withdrawn through the footer settings; this removes Clarity cookies and stops future cookie-based analytics. Previously collected data is deleted after the applicable retention period.
Required inquiry consent and optional visitor analytics consent are separate. This notice must be updated if payments, accounts, file uploads or advertising tools are added.

製作可否の確認と返信のため、返信先メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を必須項目として取り扱います。会社・ブランド名、国・地域、担当者名、製品の種類、予定数量、生地の準備状況は任意項目です。Formspreeはアクセス関連技術情報を、Cloudflare Turnstileはボット判別用のブラウザ・端末信号を処理する場合があります。アクセス解析を許可した場合に限り、Microsoft Clarityは仮名識別子、IPアドレスに基づくおおよその地域、ブラウザ・OS・端末情報、選択言語、閲覧URL・参照元、画面表示、パフォーマンス、エラー情報、クリック・スクロール・ポインター移動などの利用行動を処理し、ヒートマップとセッション再生を作成してサイト改善に利用します。お問い合わせフォーム全体にマスキングを設定しており、入力内容はClarityへ送信されません。ただし、フォームを操作したという事実は処理される場合があります。旅券番号、個人番号、口座情報、健康情報などは送らないでください。
2. 取扱い方法
利用者が国外移転・処理への同意欄にチェックすると、Cloudflare Turnstileによるボット確認が始まります。確認後に送信すると、お問い合わせ内容は暗号化されたHTTPS通信でFormspreeへ転送され、ヨンファ製帽のNaverメールに通知されます。サイト独自のデータベースには保存しません。お問い合わせの処理は、利用者の同意に基づき、製造契約の締結前に依頼された検討・回答を行うためのものです。Clarityはお問い合わせに必要な同意とは別の任意選択に基づき、許可前には読み込みません。解析を拒否してもサイトとオンライン相談の全機能をご利用いただけます。
3. 保管期間
現在のFormspree無料アカウントでは送信記録を30日間保管します。ヨンファ製帽のNaverメールに届いた取引に至らない相談は相談終了後1年以内に削除し、取引が成立した場合は契約管理および法令上必要な期間、関連記録を保管する場合があります。Microsoft Clarityの通常のセッション再生は30日間、クリックデータ・ヒートマップ、ラベル付けまたはお気に入り登録されたセッション、および一部のサンプルセッションは現行方針で最長9か月保管されます。アクセス解析への同意は、遅くとも9か月後に改めて確認します。

開示・訂正・削除・利用停止・同意撤回のご依頼は、ヨンファ製帽の窓口 wzruin@naver.com までお送りください。Clarityの同意はフッター設定からも撤回でき、ClarityのCookieと今後のCookieベース解析が停止します。すでに収集された情報は所定の保管期間経過後に削除されます。
