영화제모 문의 개인정보 처리 안내
1. 처리 목적과 항목
영화제모는 제작 가능 여부 확인과 회신을 위해 회신 이메일과 문의 내용을 필수로 처리합니다. 업체·브랜드명, 국가, 담당자명, 제품 종류, 예상 수량과 원단 준비 상태는 선택 항목입니다. Formspree는 스팸 차단과 서비스 운영을 위해 접속 IP, 브라우저, 접속시각, 유입 주소 등 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 계좌정보, 건강정보 등 민감한 정보는 보내지 마세요.
2. 처리 방식과 법적 근거
방문자가 두 개의 필수 동의란을 확인하고 전송하면 문의 내용이 암호화된 HTTPS 통신으로 Formspree에 전달되고, 영화제모의 Naver 메일함으로 알림이 발송됩니다. 홈페이지 자체 데이터베이스에는 문의 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 처리는 개인정보 수집·이용 및 국외 이전에 대한 동의와 계약 체결 전 문의자의 요청에 따른 검토·회신을 위해 이루어집니다.
3. 보유기간과 파기
현재 Formspree 무료 계정의 제출 내역은 30일간 보관된 뒤 서비스 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다. 영화제모 Naver 메일함의 비거래 문의는 상담 종료 후 최대 1년 이내 삭제합니다. 거래가 성립한 경우에는 계약 관리와 관계 법령상 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 관련 기록을 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.
4. Formspree 국외 이전
이전받는 자는 Formspree, Inc.(문의: team@formspree.io)이며 이전 국가는 미국입니다. 이전 항목은 문의폼 입력 내용, 동의 기록과 접속 관련 기술정보입니다. 전송 버튼을 누를 때 암호화 통신으로 이전되며, 목적은 문의 전달·이메일 알림·스팸 및 부정 이용 방지입니다. 현재 무료 계정 기준 제출 내역 보관기간은 30일입니다. 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으나 온라인 문의는 전송할 수 없으며, 대신 wzruin@naver.com으로 직접 문의할 수 있습니다.
5. 외부 서비스와 위탁
Formspree는 문의 접수·이메일 알림·스팸 차단을 처리합니다. Cloudflare는 홈페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 접속 IP와 기기·요청 관련 기술정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google Fonts는 웹폰트 요청에 필요한 기술정보를 처리할 수 있으며, Naver는 수신된 문의 이메일을 처리합니다. 각 서비스는 해당 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
6. 기기 내 언어 설정과 추적
홈페이지는 선택한 언어를 기억하기 위해 방문자의 브라우저 저장공간에 기능성 설정값을 저장합니다. 문의 정보를 광고 명단으로 전환하지 않으며 광고 추적용 쿠키나 분석용 픽셀을 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 권리 행사와 문의
문의자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지와 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 업무 담당은 영화제모이며, 요청은 wzruin@naver.com으로 보내주세요.
동의를 거부해도 이메일로 직접 문의할 수 있습니다. 주문·결제·회원가입·첨부파일·분석도구가 추가되면 이 안내도 함께 수정해야 합니다.

Privacy notice for manufacturing inquiries
1. Purpose and data
Reply email and inquiry details are required to review manufacturing feasibility and respond. Company or brand, country, contact name, product, estimated quantity and material status are optional. Formspree may process technical data such as IP address, browser, access time and referring page for security and service operation. Do not submit passport, national ID, bank, health or other sensitive information.
2. How the inquiry is processed
After the visitor accepts the two required notices and submits, the inquiry is transferred to Formspree over encrypted HTTPS and an email notification is sent to the Naver mailbox used by Yeonghwa Hat Works. The website does not keep the inquiry in its own database. Processing is based on the visitor's consent and steps requested before entering into a manufacturing agreement.
3. Retention
On the current free Formspree account, submissions are retained for 30 days and then deleted under the service policy. Non-transaction inquiries in the Yeonghwa Hat Works Naver mailbox are deleted within one year after consultation ends. Transaction records may be retained for contract administration and legally required periods.
4. Overseas transfer to Formspree
The recipient is Formspree, Inc. (contact: team@formspree.io) in the United States. Transferred data includes the submitted fields, consent record and technical access data. Transfer occurs over encrypted HTTPS when Send is selected, for inquiry delivery, email notification and spam or abuse prevention. Submission records are retained for 30 days on the current free plan. You may refuse, but the online form cannot be sent; you may instead email wzruin@naver.com directly.
5. Service providers
Formspree processes form delivery, notification and spam prevention. Cloudflare may process IP and technical request or device data to serve and secure the site. Google Fonts may process technical font-request data, and Naver processes the received inquiry email. Each service processes data under its terms and privacy policy.
6. Language preference and tracking
A functional preference is stored in the browser to remember the selected language. Inquiry data is not converted into a marketing list. The site does not use advertising cookies or analytics pixels.
7. Requests
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent, email the privacy contact at Yeonghwa Hat Works: wzruin@naver.com.
You can still contact us directly by email if you refuse consent. This notice must be updated if payment, accounts, file uploads or analytics are added.

製作相談に関する個人情報の取扱い
1. 利用目的と項目
製作可否の確認と返信のため、返信先メールと相談内容を必須項目として取り扱います。会社・ブランド名、国・地域、担当者名、製品種類、予定数量、生地状況は任意項目です。Formspreeは安全対策とサービス運営のため、IPアドレス、ブラウザ、アクセス時刻、参照元などの技術情報を処理する場合があります。旅券番号、個人番号、口座情報、健康情報などは送らないでください。
2. 取扱い方法
2つの必須同意を確認して送信すると、相談内容は暗号化されたHTTPS通信でFormspreeへ転送され、映画製帽のNaverメールに通知されます。サイト独自のデータベースには保存しません。処理は利用者の同意および製造契約前の相談依頼に対応するために行います。
3. 保管期間
現在のFormspree無料アカウントでは、送信記録を30日間保管した後、サービス方針に従って削除します。映画製帽のNaverメールに届いた取引に至らない相談は、相談終了後1年以内に削除します。取引が成立した場合は、契約管理および法令上必要な期間、関連記録を保管する場合があります。

移転先は米国のFormspree, Inc.（連絡先：team@formspree.io）です。移転項目はフォーム入力内容、同意記録、アクセス関連技術情報です。送信時に暗号化通信で移転し、相談の伝達、メール通知、迷惑送信・不正利用防止に使用します。現在の無料プランでの保管期間は30日です。国外移転を拒否できますがオンラインフォームは送信できません。代わりに wzruin@naver.com へ直接ご連絡いただけます。
5. 外部サービス
Formspreeは相談の受付・メール通知・迷惑送信防止を処理します。Cloudflareはサイト提供と安全対策のためIPアドレスや技術情報を処理する場合があります。Google Fontsはフォント要求に必要な技術情報を、Naverは受信した相談メールをそれぞれの規約と方針に従って処理します。
6. 言語設定と追跡
選択言語を記憶するためブラウザに機能上の設定値を保存します。相談情報を広告配信名簿へ転用せず、広告Cookieやアクセス解析ピクセルも使用しません。
